Founder/president The Sister L Circle was founded in 2008 by Mrs. R. Holmes. We wanted to create a positive environment for woman to learn,be mentored and empowered. To date we have met with many woman,held a annual Health Fair,and sponsored various community outings. We have donated to,  in some way all the woman who have attended our monthly meetings. However there is much more work to be done! (I am my sisters keeper.)
